Jake Connolly is Timber Tree Company's Operations Manager. Jake is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist (No. FL-9134A). He has a degree in Golf Course Operations from Lake City Community College, as well as a Certificate in Turf Equipment Technology. Jake has been in the agribusiness since 2006 and has served as a manager of horticultural operations for several years. He is a people person and has excellent rapport with his clients and subordinates.
Jake has substantial professional arborist and business management skills, knowledge, and abilities. He has impressive credentials, and extensive knowledge and experience, including knowledge of Florida trees and shrubs, fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, soil amendments, seeds, forages and limestone products. First and foremost, Jake is very safety conscious, and looks out for property owners as well as Timber Tree employees. He ensures trees in Timber Tree's care are healthy and remain structurally safe, while safeguarding lives and property. Jake is skilled in hazardous tree removals and large commercial tree project orchestration.
Jake has extensive knowledge of plant taxonomy and dendrology and tree industry pruning standards, as well as tree evaluation and diagnosis. He is adept at tree care, customer relations, project scope, budgeting, estimating, scheduling, quality control, employee development and training. Jake is serious about keeping abreast of the latest tree care advancements and technologies and continues to educate himself through the Tree Care Industry Association and International Society of Arboriculture. Timber Tree is fortunate to have Jake as a leader of the team and a successor of the company. He is a people person and has excellent rapport with clients as well as subordinates.

Marc Connolly is no stranger to the natural sciences. His success is attributed to his natural gift and background in life sciences, his mind for business, his creativity, and his ability to relate to and work well with people. Marc is qualified as an arborist. He has extensive arborist and business management knowledge and experience. Following all American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for tree care operations (A-300 and Z-133), Marc directs his staff to properly prune, install, remove and transplant trees. Marc has excellent relationships with his clients and always makes sure they are satisfied with Timber Tree's work. As a heavy equipment operator, Marc personally executes the moving of large trees, which is his specialty.
Marc and Dawn also own and operate a small wholesale plant nursery called Creek Nursery in Stuart, FL.

Dawn Rose has a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management/Forestry. She has been in the natural resources/business management arena for 40+ years and oversees Timber Tree Company's business operations.
